Limited Warranty
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CAN ALSO BE FOUND ONLINE AT http://rockinjinnovations.com/ AND IN THE DOCUMENTATION WE PROVIDE WITH THE PRODUCT. WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE. WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
Who may use this warranty?
Rockin’ J Innovations, Inc. (“we”) extend this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.
What does this warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the wheelbarrow, including its tray (bin), frame, handles, wheel, tire, and axle assembly (the “product”), for the Warranty Period as defined below.
What does this warranty not cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation or storage; (b) improper use, including loading the product beyond its rated load capacity of 250 pounds (113 kg); (c) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance, including proper cleaning, inflation of pneumatic tires to the recommended pressure, and periodic tightening of fasteners; (d) rust, corrosion, oxidation, fading, or other deterioration resulting from exposure to the elements or outdoor storage; (e) punctured, flat, or worn tires or inner tubes; (f) modifications or the use of parts or accessories not authorized by us; (g) unauthorized repair; (h) normal wear and tear; or (i) external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Maximum load capacity; warning and disclaimer
THE PRODUCT HAS A MAXIMUM RATED LOAD CAPACITY OF 250 POUNDS (113 KG). DO NOT EXCEED THIS LIMIT. THE “RATED LOAD CAPACITY” REFERENCED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MEANS 250 POUNDS. LOADING THE PRODUCT BEYOND 250 POUNDS, LOADING IT UNEVENLY, OR OTHERWISE USING IT IN A MANNER INCONSISTENT WITH THE PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS CONSTITUTES IMPROPER USE AND CAN CAUSE THE PRODUCT TO TIP OVER OR CAUSE THE TRAY (BIN), FRAME, HANDLES, WHEEL, TIRE, OR AXLE ASSEMBLY TO BEND, CRACK, OR FAIL, RESULTING IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
AS STATED ABOVE UNDER “WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?,” THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT, OR TO ANY OF ITS PARTS, RESULTING FROM LOADING THE PRODUCT BEYOND ITS 250-POUND RATED CAPACITY OR FROM FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT IN EXCESS OF ITS 250-POUND RATED CAPACITY OR OTHERWISE CONTRARY TO THE PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, OR DAMAGE. THIS PROVISION IS IN ADDITION TO, AND DOES NOT LIMIT, THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OTHERWISE SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
What is the period of coverage?
This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for ninety (90) days (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What are your remedies under this warranty?
With respect to any defective product during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you.
How do you obtain warranty service?
To obtain warranty service, you must call 1-877-536-5192 or email our Customer Service Department at contact@rockinjinnovations.com during the Warranty Period to obtain a Defective Merchandise Authorization (“DMA”) number. No warranty service will be provided without a DMA number. You may be required to provide your original proof of purchase.
Limitation of liability
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
How state law applies
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Return terms are being finalized ahead of the February launch. If something arrives damaged or missing parts, email us with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
